Membership Requirements:

1. To be involved in real estate investing or the desire to be.
2. Commitment to meet attendance requirements.
3. Share information about local market conditions.
4. Be honest, professional, and ethical in all M.O.S.T. activities.
5. Participation in committees on various assignments.
6. Willing to Share special vocational expertise & experience with other members.
7. Must be an active R.E. Investor or hold a R.E. license, degree, or certification that pertains to R.E. investing. 
8. Must either be actively managing larger amounts of R.E. or complete at least one transaction, purchase or sale, per year.
9. Payment of annual dues.

Membership Dues:   Membership dues are Non-Refundable!

                            $  0 = The 1st  Meeting is ALWAYS FREE!
                            $20 = Per Meeting Cost - Per Person
                            $75 = Single Person: One Year Membership (Save $25)

                          $100 = Couple: One Year Membership (Save $45)

                          $100 = Vendor: One Year Membership (Save $35)

                          Note: to pro-rate dues divide current cost by number of months.

(The first 10% of all dues & money raised through the club will be donated to the clubs designated charity or church.)
